Simply with masks.

Simply with masks. Would be nice if the execution would be synonymous as fast of hand.
You must at two masks (one for each eye a) create, move to the position and then create a keyframe. After a few pictures next to go, mask, and pull next keyframe. The calculated zwischenbilder Apre auto.
Take dier but much, much, much time

Look at times in Vegas on our homepage on the PDF tutorial "red on black":
www.vegasvideo.de / tutorials.php
This explains in principle the solution to the same requirement - here via Secondary Color Corrector. Whether red or blue really makes no difference, then have to move only under "Limit Hue" the center of the color until you are in blue.
Sometimes the use of the Secondary Color Corrector enough alone for (just as in the example that is explained in this tutorial). Sometimes a combination with a simple mask is recommended. In any case, the Secondary Color Corrector usually saves creating a complex mask shape.

In After Effects you could tracken eyes.
Then an adjustment layer, which turns the whole S / W and then a mask with the coordinates from the tracker, which subtracts the effect on the eye position.
