I would like to purchase for my JVC GZ-HD30 possible cheap neutral density filter to allow in some bright light situation, a possible open Aperture and high exposure time.
Is that a particularly expensive neutral density filter to use?

It's all a question for what purpose. However, of Cullmann's not too bad. I have 4 different ND filter from India and come out with those gut. But synonymous nor which of Tiffen. ;)
Would be sufficient for your purposes.

Thanks for the reply. The goal is staged shooting, but in NoBudget area. ;)
For the price ichs'll just test times. I wanted to buy but not completely blind. You have encouraged me, because my expectations are usually not too high. ;)
