On a selected sample - that of time, I would not be next - seeks to develop educational software. Main contents are films that dedailreich should be played. When rendering from AP out there again and again the following problems:

Has anyone experience how sharp still-how without this Halbbildversatz (The application runs so eh just s.Computer - so I can forgo half on!)
Perhaps someone has an unusual solution synonymous?
ps The movie images are rotated several years ago was - because you can not change (no post-rotation is possible)!
The statues of the original film are still in the area quite enough! - Sufficient quality is available

Too much theory-training, I have not already tried the material before or during encode (off) to deinterlace?

Times I'm going assume that your loosely hingeworfenes "AP" for Adobe Premiere (Pro?) Stands, right?
I would be in the APP film in best quality, without compression, with activated deinterlaces and still images optimized for the greatest bit depth (all in the Export dialog adjustable) as a Microsoft DV AVI in full-size PAL rausrendern.
This "mother" AVI importierst you then in a new APP Project and try to export again. There are no more fields are available and anyway everything is optimized, it should actually work!
If not, schleust your "mother" AVI through Windows Media Encoder 9 (free download:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=5691ba02-e496-465a-bba9-b2f1182cdf24&displaylang = s). There, you can size and data rate and pretty much everything else is adjusted until it fits.
