Frage von erkan911:HI,
I have the following problem: #
When I was recently upgraded to satellite
did previously with my TV card (with integrated tuner) tv times
it's a dvb card enabled, I know that you can connect the receiver via the tv card s.der existing video and audio in ports, but I can with my standart software to watch tv (cyberlink powercinema) no angle adjustment found in which I can select ports as the said source,
there is any alternative freeware that simplifies the setting, or other things that I need to know?
I have to thank you for your time to answer

MultiDec, progdvb, to name but two ....
Antwort von beiti:
it's a dvb compliant card, What exactly can the card? There are versions for DVB-S, DVB-T and DVB-C. Recently synonymous combi-cards for DVB-S and DVB-T are available.
I know that you can connect the receiver via the tv card s.der existing video and audio in ports, The connection of a receiver on video - would be in, even if it works, quite a detour. The picture quality leaves much to be desired, and the handling is cumbersome. For useful applications (for example) programmed recording is too difficult to use.
Really good, it is only with a DVB-S card to work. If your present card to DVB-T or DVB-C is limited, you should replace it.

type name is found in the dvb-T and the map is synonymous nen s-video connection
Antwort von steveb:
Your dvb-T card is unfortunately no satellite (DVBS) variant. it represents "only" the successor to the analogue terrestrial TV dar. normally put the card manufacturer synonymous add a TV software. What is it exactly for a map ... Name Manufacturer etc. ..?
Antwort von erkan911:
the map was for my medion notebook to so
medion CTX 921_V1 DVB-T/TV/FM
Antwort von steveb:
looking at you at times this info ...
http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/DVB-t
then perhaps there are new questions ... perhaps not synonymous.
Antwort von beiti:
type name is found in the dvb-T This is a pure DVB-T card. Whether the S-video input can be abused in some way to connect a satellite receiver, I do not know. But that would be only a stopgap measure anyway.
Best if you exchange it for a DVB-S card, such as the Technisat SkyStar2.

So I get a picture!
juhu
with the following program: Video LAN Client, which geilste freeware program which you can get for no money that can (almost) everything
Only I have a new problem, getting only black white /, the picture is perhaps the fact that I do not svideo but the normal (yellow) video input used

Only I have a new problem, getting only black white /, the picture is perhaps the fact that I do not svideo but the normal (yellow) video input used The problem occurs when your receiver is a Y / C signal outputs, but you only use the RCA cable (which then only the Y channel, ie, brightness). You need either an S-Video cable to use or adapt the receiver to composite / composite.
Either way, card in analog TV, where it is resampled, remains a last resort.
