exist in Ulead VideoStudio 11 + an opportunity for a particular passages, the frame rate to reduce deliberate, so that the image in the finished film is not redundant but rather appears choppy?
an example: I have a scene where you see someone running. Now I want to run but that does not run in the liquid is to be seen but more as if the building in just about 5fps expires ... hope you understand what I mean.

Just try your luck with the video filter "Stroboskopbewegung". About "Benutzerdefniert" you can then own settings.

That reminds me of the manual single cut, when the clip is not too long - that is, every fifth Picture leave. Is only a stopgap. I know off the synonymous no other program, but that means nothing.
