hello together,
it seems to be almost exclusively in the forum panasonic mini dv tapes are recommended. after I have read a lot now, but I am still not clear where the difference between the PQ and the strip is YE ...?
the PQ is s.profs series, which I have already understood, cost about 60 min, 3.90 INCL vat, I get on broadcast shop.
YE are the most s.ambitionierte semi-profs, I get wahrscheinilch (?) synonymous in the load on ebay they cost about 5, - euro.
are now more expensive? or are the professional better, but cheaper? or wrong, I expected? how do they differ? which have better durability? what about with the case off - both the same dust? dropouts? Picture quality?

So I always use premium sony dv cassettes (me DVM60) in my panasonic camera and so had no problems yet.
such as the now long-term view looks for the purpose of durability etc. I've not yet gedanken gemacht .. the tapes are stored quite well so far and could be synonymous all (old) more easily and drop-out free play;)

So I'm using the PQ of Panasonic tapes. The reason for the recommendations in the various forums relating to and because I have a Panasonic camcorder.
The PQ tapes have a higher particle density on the surface, which should reduce dropouts. On the picture has absolutely no influence. The mechanism apparently identical synonymous with the consumer products, but the experts can better judge.
Since the procurement price similar to those of nortmalen Panasonicbänder from the electronics market, I have just about the "better" in the broadcast field grabbed a mistake, it is not guaranteed.
Look into the search, where you'll find plenty of threads in which experts clarify the differences.
A direct comparison (eg Dropoutrate) I can not offer, because I s.die beginning of PQ's synonymous future use and "purity" will remain (that is a synonymous repeatedly expressed aspect here in the forum)
