Whether it specifically with your editing program is possible, I do not know, but with the keywords "Data Code" and synonymous "Time Code Data Code" you will find some indications of possible tools.

I am not a single moment in the editing software better known to do this.
alternative: for example, with scenealyzer and restore date / time a file write. ready.
or when just about the time goes, and if the camera supports it, the TC clock to make, then the TC is the time.
