Hi,
I wanted to ask how this effect http://vimeo.com/6687255 the riff throughout s.anfang with premiere cs4 or with after effects.
So I think that the picture is in the foreground with a logo and one a bit of what the film looks and the picture is closer to a point.

You need a PSD or PNG, which has an alpha channel (transparent image parts).
Then you put the picture on Layer1 and your video on layer two.
