Hello,
times try to interpret "film." Right click the footage and then set fps under the said rider 29th Generally it should happen but not if you have a 29 fps project created.

hi

'm again in the manual of the sony looked up - it is a PAL cam ...

What kind of cam you can that possibly PAL and NTSC? 29.97 fps NTSC definitely is, and if you create a PAL project in Premiere, you should be synonymous 25 fps. I believe (do it yourself but not exactly) that Premiere of changes not only the frame rate. What happens if you have a NTSC Project mess and should go into it capture?
Then should the footage without red render bar will appear in the timeline. Is the eighth so (that you mess with a 16:9 16:9 material synonymous Project)? Then it is definitely NTSC.
Something else is virtually out of the question.
