Frage von pioneeronpluto:Hello!
I'm bloody Beginners in terms of DV editing and the following problem:
If I clip of my D7000 Premiere Pro CS4 import and play them, they jerk (same problem with Avid Media Composer 5). However, when I play outside of Premiere with the Quicktime Player to run normally. Is this due s.Premiere s.meinem or Calculator? I have a MacBook Pro with Intel Core Duo with 2.66 Ghz, 4GB ram and disk with 7200 revolutions. Extends as a system of processing of HD material?
Thank you in advance!

"Bloody Beginners in terms of DV Editing" <> but Premiere Pro CS4 and Media Composer 5? And all again "only" on a MacBook Pro?
Hm .. You you fetch Programs that cost 3 times your Camera? I would have invested the other way round .. well ... now helps not synonymous next ...

In Avid MC synonymous I know the problem, files a 550 involved in AMA (on PC).
You have to import them properly, of course.
Antwort von RickyMartini:
The MB-Pro with a 2.66GHz C2D for DSLR-footage in the editing schlichweg too slow because the CPU has to decode the video stream. When playing on the QT Player, the GPU or GPU is the graphics card used for decoding, which reduces the CPU load significantly.
With an MB Pro on Sandy Bridge i5/i7-Basis, the performance should be clearly better in the editing!
