I want this course to save on the hdd. The program has only the possibility as m2ts.

There is nothing wrong. H.264 is the codec for the video data. TS refers to a container in the transport stream format. M2TS and MTS is to ensure common file extension.
The files are synonymous without this stupid slow and bad-to-use tool of Pixela directly by Explorer of the camera in the directory PRIVATE / AVCHD / BDMV / STREAM found.

Copy and paste the entire PRIVATE directory on a backup disk and create another backup of them (always save at least twice).
