If I s.iMac (; 27 ") would like to make high-definition post-production, which brings me a faster workflow?
It is well known, the iMac with SSD or HDD. The 128GB SSD is usually large at Apple, with data storage is here not so much. I wonder if I have a good workflow when the SSD system and Programs stores and a (; or more) external HDD (; s) the video material, etc.

SSD brings a strong acceleration with the general.
The question is then whether USB or FW is not the bottle stop is - what does a fast Final Cut, if the file is not retrieved quickly enough?
With eSATA could be resolved, but I do not know if Apple ever see built.
