Hello,
I'm new to the shooting and bought myself a digital camcorder in addition to an external CD / DVD Burners LG GSA-2166D.
The reading and burning of CD's works correctly (ie with Nero).
When reading a DVD, but I keep getting the error message:
"A disc with an unsupported format located in drive ... ' by Nero as well as with Power DVD.
No matter what DVD I insert whether a purchased movie, a self-generated video-DVD (on the camcorder and the DVD recorder DVD-RW finalized) or a blank DVD-R burning (no preference whether or Traxdata Verbatim).
On my other PC-DVD drive, can I, the pre-recorded DVD's (no preference whether purchased or created yourself), easily read and play.
Thanks for the tips in advance, I have no idea more ;-(

I would exchange the burner. If the dealer is reluctant - the mistake you can indeed reproduce prima ago.
