Hello,
I am now become aware of a problem of my FX1. I wanted to capture 2 Tapes (in dv) and must say the band is completely destroyed. The timecode synonymous and the picture is constantly interrupted. interesting as only 2 of 5 bands that were consistently recorded. (1 each time) 5h sequence. The last 2 are broken.
the head is not dirty.
everything I've filmed it goes again.
very interesting errors.
Perhaps someone will sound familiar to you or somebody has an explanation for this?
I should be able to rely on my digital camera, a Währe such errors, unfortunately, from the.

Hello Robert,
similar experiences, I have already made synonymous. (Mini) DV-recorded images (in Standard Play!) Are theoretically compatible with all the (mini) DV devices, but in practice there are always equipment combinations do not harmonize with each other.
That was the way, as synonymous to VHS days, but who has ever taken much notice of it if instead of the hi-fi sound, only the Längsspur was played, or the Picture gegrieselt has more than usual? ;-)

The material was recorded on the same fx1 on which I want to capture synonymous.

I've played since the number of bands, the errors did not return.
the tapes to see s.display from just the timecode from tears, blue display, then goes back in front of next ... so all 10sec.
If I found in the receiver coil, but I can see the whole material was probably to do with the gop structure have to be.

used decent tapes, DVCAM s.Besten
The track position is on these devices extremely intolerant of, therefore
I would take tapes new (expensive) to test whether the drive
get a damage. If not, then all is well
otherwise send in to Sony! >> Will be repaired in Belgium!
