My Pc (ATI 9200.3000 AMD sempron, and 768 Mb DDR), produces sometimes jerky pictures, but only if faster sind.Und scenes in the movie at all players (vlc, WMP, Dvix player .... etc) and synonymous with
live pictures with the TV is Karte.Eigentlich might not jerk the right word - rather, it is blitzförmige Strip - (almost stand still too) - but I would wegbekommen like. Before, everything ran perfectly - it somehow went off after the last system restore, but it could be because synonymous, I have now connected a TV over svhs with. Honestly I do not know. Can someone help me?

classic case of interlaced?
Your material is in 50i (interlace 50 fields) weidergegeben. This is ideal for television. Your computer screen, however, is 25p (progressive again). This makes the "strip" emerged.
The solution: deinterlace the video ie the join fields. Condition is that it is intended for computer playback.
