Do not do this to you. Get yourself a (probably 4-4pin) Firewire cable, which will get you at any time in any media, etc. market. With USB, you will not only achieve an acceptable quality when transferring.

Only if you want to use the camera as a web cam (or videos in low Resolutionfür's Internet), is USB excusable ;-)

Hey, like I see that my prescribing synonymous.
I had cleverly lie for my GR-D225 E or a cable. Windows detects the camera and has already installed a suitable synonymous Drivers and now I can get 4.0 per MovieXOne my movies on the laptop and reprocess. Make this much fun when you have a 1 1 / 2 year old daughter. ;-)

Come on Jens. Both models are not "USB full-video transfer" enabled, and with USB only comes a Resolutionvon out at about 320x240.
When laptops are easy to buy a PC with Firewire and puts the card in there, does not cost the world. In addition, many current laptops have built-in FW's who know most of the connection only (not a circle with 3 lines)
Synonymous, I think when a USB cable would cost 100 ¬ (Firewire ca 15 ¬), most customers would be willing to run to the great forest on the way as a result.
