Hello, I have VD 1.6.14, s, and would like to raise with the mouse a rectangle and cut away around it throughout the film.
Can someone explain whether and if so, HOW to do it ...

Whether it is with the mouse, I have not tried it yet, but there is the "Crop" function because you can then specify how many pixels are to be cut away on each page.
