if you put the DVD-video (I assume at least once that you do not want to create a DVD-Video) with APP want to create, then you can alternatively use synonymous a DVD-authoring software.
What are you going to do, what features are important and how much money you want to create you?

I want to burn all eifach only one cut in Premiere film on DVD without losing quality ... have the very first movie exported as AVI and then burned with Sonic MyDVD software. When sharing the movie on the DVD player / television there were distortions in various scenes ...

exactly? Have you ever an example video or at least a screenshot (if the problem is that recognizable)?

almost more distortions than it is one glimmer of some scenes .... it is a dance video, and consequently a lot of movement in the scenes ...
If I look at the avi file on the PC then it is good but after burning on the television comes the flicker ... I s.verzweifeln :-)
