Clear answer: You should not. The building-related sounds always come from the middle, synonymous in the movies. Of course, you can be happy right stereo druntermischen Atmos. But talking people always talk from the middle.
Exception: If people outside of the image of someone say something, then the sound of course, synonymous come out of the picture. But this is more of a "single effect". Just as a sharp of a Page to another geknüppelter fast train or the like.
