want to make a movie in movie maker created in youtube make.
this has not worked.
I have the movie maker file before converting?
if so in what format and with what software?
where can I get it, if possible as freeware?

Oh yes, regarding the above 30FPS there are, I have found the man synonymous 25fps can upload. Whether Youtube and then convert 30FPS to you but I can not say.
