Frage von Ron:Hi All,
an indoor scene, I would like to illuminate display mannequins so that it produces a "mysterious" shadow. I want to take the spotlight in a semicircle around the doll's faces.
So much for the theory of a greenhorn.
Which and how many lights are suitable for this project? What do I have in the Purchase and pay attention to when filming?
I hope you will once again of a few good tips.
Welcome
Beginners Ron
Antwort von Axel:
Light can be described only in its physical properties. What effect is achieved with light, however, is an interplay between perception and experience, and every rule of it (: see 3-point lighting) can cover only the lowest common denominator and therefore superficial. Not worthless, but s.besten immediately
conscious disregard.
Another light-rule states that light must be plausible, so the lights should be on the horizon in some way on the set, at least. If you noticed that the 3-point rule is entirely arbitrary and - unless the theater is a movie studio - absolutely does not provide a plausible explanation, therefore, contradicts the second rule, now you know what you think of all these rules is.
A particularly blatant disregard for the rule of plausibility, as you seem to intend, could make the audience aware that he is with artificial light is manipulated. The overarching dramaturgical rule that the audience not to be aware that it is responsible (; why, among other things - usually! - The actors are forbidden to look directly at the camera too), is broken there.
There are situations in which moving lights plausible: Torch of the burglar, oncoming car headlights in the rearview mirror, or spaceships, amusement park, are the ones that occur to me then. Is it not plausible, the scene will look like in-szeniert.
Which and how many lights are capable of in turn is dependent on so many conditions that their own experiments to bring you more than the reviews of others.
Antwort von Ron:
Whoa! After I have read more than 3-point lighting here, I recognize the naivete of my question.
What do you, Axel have said about the plausibility of light that makes sense to me:) As a viewer, I have never thought about it.
Thank you!
Sincerely, Ron
