Even at times ProjectX purely seen?
As you can demuxer at a time offset.
Then simply remuxen and it should be eaten.

demux, with womble video wizard (trial version is sufficient) invite
you can convert audio and video separately on the timeline to move, and
Save without check if it is synchronously.
Then you can save.

The file in the preview window open, and with "CTRL H" to "Sound Shift"

unambiguous assignment of Picture and sound allowed (eg, slamming the door)
This section as a loop and play the sound exactly to Picture
adjust (slide into audio Shift with the mouse or with the
Arrow keys bzw.Picture up / down move). The result in the Timeline

You mentioned the "Womble Video Wizard" that really "Womble MPEG
Video Wizard "means, abbreviated as" WMD "and I believe.
(http://www.womble.com/products/screenshots.html) There is then
