Hi. I hope someone can help me here. I would like from a DVD or make ne nen mpeg avi file. so that the quality is better, I would love something like menus and subtitles, etc. throw. can someone help me and explain how and with what program I could do that?

The quality is not better than the original, because you can throw whatever you want. ;)
If you think to the copy and Nachkomprimieren a DVD9 that is something else. As tools like DVDShrink help, for example. (My recommendation refers of course to the legal version of DVDShrink that will crack any copy protection.)

You could demux the VOB with PVAStrumento or ProjectX. The resulting picture-and you can then Tonfiles with MPEG2Schnitt or Cuttermaran circumcised before they were again muxt (ie Picture and sound together). For muxing there are tools such as synonymous or mplex Imago MPEG muxer (but I've never tried). The entire process demux (cut, remux) is lossless. It is s.den actual data recoded nothing.
