I ask you a quick hello:) got the premiere CS 3 and if I want to upload some videos he tells me endweder video is not supported or it is loaded and then has such funny jumps in it ...
what is going on?
Do I need the corresponding codecs? program in an elaborate premiere as I've assumed that since everything here is what you need for popular video formats?

CS3 is not exactly up to date and especially many of today's format can be processed to be synonymous not make sense.

VLC has it but (s.PC use what is good, otherwise you could just not a ProRes) codecs only for himself, not for other Programs?
Recommended I find ffmpeg and a Quick Time Pro. What format are for the clips you want to use it?
If in doubt you should update once synonymous Premiere:)
