My original Sony NP-QM91D has measured 7.63 volts at idle. This works for my HC1 without damage ...... Only courage.

As well, only helps to exchange ..... I have had almost nothing but bad experiences with planting Batteries .... My 6 years old original Sony Lithium Batteries (950) are still quite useful, the replicas (3 years old) just under 50% capacity.

Hi All,
I've had good experiences with Noname-Batteries (InfoLithium), but when I look at the price differences now so look at: 12 ¬ instead of 99 ¬ ... everything has its limit somewhere! My Batteries, incidentally was the cost of 70 ¬ instead of 100 ¬ (or so). ;-)
Recently, an increasing number of reports that Noname-Batteries not with the originals are not comparable. The decline in quality with increasing greed knows no bounds just (thank you, Saturn!). I'm going to buy Sony again in the future, therefore, of originals, because I have to rely on the energy absolutely can. ;-)

I think there are definitely cheap, useful Batteries. With me running a DLOL-of Cell.Die "brand" is recommended in the Netherlands as a good replica. It is amazing that my original Batteries Pansonic of almost an identical replica of the open circuit voltage, and although I like more than 8 V.
Maybe we have a battery technician here who can ever explain this difference of 0.2 V, because I think these Batteries are always at the series connection of several cells.
Greeting
Wolfgang

I recently got the new HDD DDCR-SR60 camcorder and would like to buy nen battery, keeps the purchase an longer. (Of course, not a sony, because they are about 3 times as expensive) Unfortunately, there appear to use the message "info lithium battery" and the cam switches off, even though the battery was OK and the cam for the 10 seconds before the message is perfectly working.
So did sony tel what it is! when you get the answer that quality set of safety / the new battery's are fitted with chips (info LITHIUM) & only the original Sony battery packs work !!!!!!
