Perfect one in the bright moonlight, simulated sunlight, s.besten backlight. You have to score high contrast. Blue sky you can with a red filter dyed black. In postpro you take out the color and a slightly bluish tint. The swing to the lighted house will be difficult. Is it a lit window, you could mask it. Your budget probably prohibits headlights, and they would in any case can not produce a coherent light for an entire forest. Try different combinations, share the sequence into several predictable settings. View the moon someday.
More generally, the sky is in strong moonlight, very dark (because cloudless), the landscape is virtually black and white, very very kontrrastreich and depth of focus.
