recently, I have a nv-gs230eg purchased and now wanted some movies to play on the pc (win2000 with sp4).
Unfortunately, the camcorder does not (not not) detected. synonymous multiple uninstall the supplied software was not, it always comes message "driver not found". the plug of the USB connection is correctly recognized as new hardware, the following setup is missing.
can someone help me where I can get these drivers? googled a lot and was looking in vain, according to panasonic site are available for this camcorder no drivers ?!?!?
or do I have as a beginner or a setting wrong? the usb function "in the settings is set to" motion dv ".

The procedure is detailed in the instruction booklet "For PC Connection" section.
However s.dieser reiterate the Council: A USB connection is an exotic special solution!
Movies are sent via Firewire (IR-port) transfer! This saves you a lot of problems and requires neither a driver nor does it refer to a specific software, which one of the Manufacturer foists.

convinced I try it via firewire (and woe, which is then not synonymous). would be a glorious film career before the play ended :-))
@ Markus73 these instructions, I have several, but unfortunately without success. why the desperation.
So I can (if interested) yes next report and ask questions. if someone still have a tip to the other usb-away has ever so forth.
