So Does the conclusion that PV and NV-GS-GS are "identical"?

The different denominations are available for the TV format:
PV-GS 400 = NTSC
NV-GS 400 = PAL
The PV-GS 400 in Germany is therefore not really usable because the PAL standard, we have!
