Infoseite // pinnacle 10 and movie maker rewind my Cam, but create no video

PROBLEM:
In the Control Panel in xp it shows my cam as avc compliant dv camcorder to

pinnacle in 10 and in the movie maker I can start the cam forward, etc. .. when I press record, start the cam .. I hear the recording on the cam, BUT .. in both programs, the black vorschau vorschau show though .. ALSO is clicked ... none of the programs make a recording .. the resulting file has 0 kb ..

white rat someone?
