File -> Export -> Frame
Then select the format (I think that's possibly even only bmp) file and.
Note: The aspect ratio is almost not "exist", that is, the picture will look as if squeezed it. Just after the import with the right mouse button and click "Interpret Footage" or "interpret material" or similar , Click there then choose the output format, eg "PAL 16:9."
I'll explain why this is but only if you're interested ;-) To be found here in the forum after only a few explanations, at least five of me!
