I have set the project settings in premiere on standard DV format (720x576). Now I wanted to edit videos of my new hc1 and when I import the videos (via i.LINK also to DV format) they are not in 16:9 format, but in 4:3 format shows ... side edges of the cut is alo a little longer, I have no black beams on and below the video ...
The question now is how can this be? The videos of the files are coming as a dv cam, according to the info file 720x576 and it would be perfect and without being cut off to fit into my project?
lies s.den projekteinsetellungen?
Antwort von AndyZZ:
You must sign in Premiere synonymous choose the image format. Either 16zu9 or 4zu3. Or do you have with your HC1 in 4:3 filmed?

Antwort von Pempi:
ne, have been filmed with 16:9
If I want to change the aspect ratio in the project settings must I set new parameters. gecapturtes my video file is, according to info at 720x576, but clearly the bildausschnitt 16:9!
question now is what I give for ne framesize accompanied by a premiere, so I get a 16:9 ratio ...?
Antwort von jens:
No, no Pempi, dv-pal is always 720x576. Whether 4:3 or 16:9. Nothing changes but the pixel aspect ratio. So again. Create a 16:9 project (where you will have the preview window synonymous no black bars above and below) for proper representation. If your picture there, squashed into 4:3 in the preview window will appear (which really should not be) then you need your video file in the Project window, right click and click to interpret footage. There you will make the right (pixels -) aspect ratio (16:9 widescreen, ... a). Got it? Jens
ok ... I sort of still the problem that the finished rendered videos are not in 16:9 format - but only for certain codecs.
I now have the beginning of the project settings s.auf 16:9 (video for windows - 720x576) (D1 / DV PAL Widescreen 16:9 (adjusted 1,422). if I do video with a DV AVI filetype, and export of "pixel aspect ratio widescreen" select the image looks exactly like I want it!
But now when I select a filetype avi windows and with the wmv9 codec encode (pixel = widescreen aspect ratio, frame size 720x576) the picture has an aspect ratio of ~ 4:5 is so on edge.
How can this be? anything I might have not yet fully understood, ask for help from;)
Antwort von Markus:
Hello,
If you are a video image with square pixels exportierst must make the player software, a pixel aspect ratio correction. They may however be, that is, if no correction is made to appear the video image in the format 5:4, ie nearly square.

I cut and edit movies with magix. Now it is so that I filmed and edited in 16:9 and the closure of the film is also displayed in 16:9.
However, I invite him up in my video, my video stretches the film in 4:3. das how does the way, is completely independent of output format (real video, wmv, mpeg etc) always the same problem.
