I know jetz grad nich obs of the 6.5er already existed, but does Premiere of time to time (I think default = every 20 min.) Automatic storage. These are described in the "Automatic storage folder. Maybe so you can still salvage something

The folder is called in English "Adobe Premiere Pro Auto-Save" and is located in the same folder where the actual project is saved
