You'll hardly get a satisfactory answer, because the configuration of the nobody knows cinemas. Whether that is the DVD player in HDMI Betieb a parallel analog VGA signals or PAL video outputs nobody knows. In case of doubt, rather not. To do this you have to look into the manual. Alternative A 2. Many stationary video projectors have a signal output (usually VGA) but the projector must be configured. On your projector in HDMI operation but an analog signal, I can not tell you synonymous. Also helps gegfalls since the manual of the projector. In general, the usual procedure Spitter s.den you then multiple monitors / projectors can anschiessen in your case, probably an HDMI splitter. I am amazed that the movie has not installed.

I would just again a demonstration version of the DVD produced in which everything is pre-configured and without the menu.

This is very good. Black menu, or simply stand at the beginning with Logo invisible Start button (may be already running at the inlet = no uncool playback flashes of the player). If there are multiple tracks, only on a black menu without highlighting jump, just with "Enter" the next track starts. Anything else is unprofessional (although not rare, for thousands of Euros produced DVDs for major events, delivered at the last moment, their links will not agree) and embarrassing.
