Frage von andrempga:hello, need help of a professional! have a golf-swing analysis program (cswing). to recommend a MiniDV camcorder. no hd camcorder or webcam. it would be important to me many pictures per second to get.
at my current canon camcorder can I set the shutter to 1 / 2000 setting. this is sometimes not bad. There are currently on the market a good camera, the more frames per second makes. if I understand it correctly ..... when the shutter speed is higher as 1 / 2000 ie 1 / 5000 more pictures of the camcorder makes per second. normal camcorder create 50 frames per second. can be up to 80 pictures with a camcorder come. must be the graphics card from the pc have any particular requirement? I connect my camcorder with firewire of course!
Many thanks in advance

Since there are a big misunderstanding
Shutter = Exposure per Picture
FPS = frames per second to me of their respective exposure time
These two sizes are completely different as with some cameras may be synonymous Bidler for 2 / 3 second exposure and with 25 fps recording. The shutter has an impact on the blur in the picture so the discount a small exposure time and you get a good motion resolution of each picture shows
deferred without blurring where the bat is located.
High speed with high FPS cameras, mainly in the industry representing more than 60 frames you will be without significant cost burden not get it.
I hope I could eliminate some clarities

From the Casio camera can be a bridge with a short sequence I think there were about 300 pictures a second or so, but synonymous only in 320 x 240
Otherwise Fastcam SA 1 or so but the cost about as much as a good golf equipment.
Say you can to analyze this as a home user totally forgotten.
It was the money plays no role, and then I would advise a private coach and nix make home video analysis.
