Ich hab mir dein clip viewed and know what your problem is!
1. Get After Effects 7.0 or CS3 there's Mac and PC
2. Join the Slowmo with After Effects and the Zeitverzerungseffekt. (The slow motion then runs in a liquid curve and is not choppy like you!)
3. Make your Slowmo not slower than 50%!
