Frage von Fuzolan:Hi Everyone,
I have read with CS4 a tape in the HDV format.
Is there an easy way to split the source file (; not demux) and let the audio and video tracks untouched (; hunt not so by the encoder).
Hold similar like in Virtualdub, there could be so synonymous set that one source stream remains the same way or whether they will be re-encoded.

Antwort von srone:
what do you mean split with separate in time or in audio and video?

Antwort von Fuzolan:
Ah that was inaccurate. So I thought in time, I did not want to demux.
Antwort von srone:
then what is to happen with the splits?

Antwort von Fuzolan:
I would use the resulting files back as the source files.
For some reason it is important to me that the source files do not exceed a certain file size.
If there were an option in CS4 when reading the car starts at a certain size, a new file, I would be happy too.
Antwort von Piers:
I have read with CS4 a tape in the HDV format. HDV can simply Nich Split is later, since there is a format I GoP's.
Antwort von Fuzolan:
in theory that is indeed just that maybe not s.einer x-anywhere all be separated, but only s.Keyframes.
What would be the best option or export setting without much quality loss if I cut the whole thing in CS4 and export and then use as source files?
One option when reading, in which size he should start a new file, I have not overlooked in Premiere CS4, right?
Antwort von Fuzolan:

The classic "tool" for such tasks is VirtualDub. Can you look at the synonymous again.
Antwort von Fuzolan:
Sure, I've synonymous mentioned in the start thread. However, the tool is good for not much when it comes to HDV. VirtualDubMod etc. Also bring da nix.
