Hello dear Slashcammer!
For a long time now I'm filming fireworks, the sound I take on this one with ME 66 and the Zoom H4 recorder. So far so good.
Now I have changed the editing program and then use Premiere Pro CS4.
I lay there, the sound synonymous s.and edit it (; EQ, compression, fades) until everything sounds like as desired. Nope, clipping are definitely ruled out, I have carefully controlled in the level meter, but I rely on my hearing is not there. Even if they were they would have clipping occur on both channels, as my source material is present in mono, and therefore exactly two channels have the same level. The fault must lie somewhere else.
