Hello!
Have here a movie in. Mpg format, where the soundtrack slightly
is shifted. So the sound is not synchronously to the
lip movements or sounds (eg door open, etc.)!
Is there a way to edit the soundtrack, so it all again
true?
And how can I possibly a new soundtrack to a movie?

If the complete audio track even "moved" is: Stream
demux, then newly muxen with the correct value of the "Audio Delay".
But requires considerable experience, the offset exactly synonymous
style, without a long rumzuprobieren.

Unnecessary if the "offset" is uniform. Very expensive, if not:
"Simply" the audio stream and then re-edit muxen.
In the search for further explanations and appropriate tools to
Muxen / demuxer should incidentally (as in other cases synonymous Google ;-)
very helpful. Give just a search for "MPG" together with
"asynchronously" and / or "Audio" and "Delay" one.

New muxen with other soundtrack.

What video editing software are you using now?
Otherwise you will find under Alan's synonymous a good link
Tips, as with freeware tools to do it.

Magix Video Deluxe (about 50 euros) can do that
Picture Soundtrack by separate, independent process, partly
or completely replaced by new, or to mix ...
A uniform displacement is very simple as synonymous (frame accurate) corrections.
With uneven changing offset, I have fortunately
have no experience.
