I'm looking for a program that images from a slide-show and makes it for me for photos at once can determine how long it is played.
So a bunch of pictures that look like a movie
I used the program with a Magix together and ranked in each set, how short is to be shown that I am now too much effort.
PS: I voted yes on Google compatriots synonymous and used the search but found nothing

I have always used the photos manual with the mouse so short that, as I have used and this is a serious work: - /

you know one, in which a group of photos and then selects reinlädt eg: 30FPS ... 30 fps is an indication for the frame rate (30 frames per second) for video recordings, only the lump sum for each project can be preset.
Following your description but I assume that you have really the time for each picture mean. In this case, I can not give blanket advice, but only to the workflow with Premiere entries. As you select only the state time per picture and then importing the desired images. So you can proceed until all the images are imported. Subsequent changes in individual cases are of course synonymous nor possible, as fast screen changes.

photos in explorer in an image sequence rename (there are freeware tools)
then as a visual effects sequence in after load and time settings ...
