Hello,
I have an annoying problem:
If I were with my TV card in the record, I always sound a disturbing
Whistle. The tone sounds like a sine wave, which during the
Studio complete with a constant volume is available. It is
no preference, which station or if I adjust the volume of the line-in some way regulated
and with what I record (VirtualVCR, VirtualDub, WinDVR) ...
under http://mitglied.lycos.de/yellowboxman/ton/ton2.mp3 (160KB) I
times by a short example.
If I only watch TV on PC is the whistle on the line-out on Headphones
or boxes can not be heard.
The TV card is a Askey CPH05 with the btWinCap drivers. The sound is
on the line in the C-media onboard sound chips added.
Can it be that the onboard sound is scrap? But why then is the
Störton not on live shows in the sound output? In what could otherwise
still lie? Any suggestions?

All analog inputs superfluous disabled? (Mic-in, CD, etc.)

For troubleshooting, I can no longer be synonymous Bastian propose.
Perhaps as an additional search in the frequency range of
Example image is a marked peak at exactly 1000Hz to recognize
then there are two smaller at 16625Hz (line frequency) and
16750Hz.

Yes, You're right, it's missing a zero.
I have identified in Adobe Audition (ex Cooledit) because there is such a
Small Analyzer Tool. If you want, you can send the screenshot.

lo and behold, it is no longer hear Pfeiffer. (And yet this is synonymous

Thank Screenshot brauchts not, I think after hearing synonymous ;-).
Audition is unfortunately far beyond my financial reach .. ;-)

This reputation is liable to the things anyway, so evil that it can look
synonymous, I have not yet seen.

BTW: If you are interested in principle, Audition, then look at
eBay passing because times are always cheap OEM versions are offered.
