Hello,
I have i-tunes of small movies with the file extension loaded. mp4.
This I would now like to burn to a DVD so that I
look at my DVD recorder can.
What I've tried all failed:
Data CD with. Mp4 files
Data DVD with renamed extensions. Mpg,. Avi even led
crash of the recorder.
Have the 5300 Targa DRH hard disks and DVD recorders'm very satisfied with the device synonymous.

iTunes works with Quicktime. mp4 is probably the shorthand for Mpeg4. What is meant is H.264. To put it into a compliant format for players to walk, at least you need Quicktime Pro. Whether that - especially with the connection of sound - works on a PC that is beyond my knowledge. If google or abandon it.

Ah, the recorder can still play-xvid files.
But still will not get around to a conversion. There is a freeware program called "Super", with which you will get this done.
PS: Not every Divx file can be run on a DVD player. Even if it is on the player / recorder. There, too, must once again rules are respected.

I have only this very small Windows machines for the Internet. Super I have downloaded only once to test and found it actually quite good. Otherwise, I work s.G5 when it comes to video and audio. And since I usually use directly Quicktime or Compressor.
