So as you noticed my focus is on game film.
one I wanted to know, there is, except for the lack of a Dv-drive, another difference from the HVX 201?
and next in terms of shoulder cameras, I'm still pretty clueless about how justified because the high price compared to my favorites?
they are so expensive because it is more flexible with them for quick interviews or would result in a benefit synonymous (with the exception of the codecs) in the film industry?

Hi,
I myself, the HPX171 and am very satisfied.
So I am going to stay in shoulder cameras just in time, and since coming to the Panasonic HPX171 yes, the HPX301 and then the HPX500.
The shoulder models have better or bigger chips, more connectivity options and interchangeable lenses.
I see the great advantage of a clear change in the way Lenses able to halt what the HPX171 is not possible, but the fixed lens is synonymous really good.

I would take a SonyPMW-EX1R the other hand, is knackscharf. In the storage medium you can either to the expensive SxS cards or access synonymous official Sony memory sticks or unofficially to cheaper SDHC cards.

Hi,
I now know only the lack of synonymous MiniDV drive, hence the HPX is lighter and handier.
