What is so special with the time code. A good movie must have a timecode? I live in the States and wanted to buy privately a few dt mini series that have a time code.

Hi Rush,
we are here at the TV shows copied to a DVD. I'll watch it to me on a code free DVD player in the States. I wanted to be sure that I will have no problems.

You mixed up with the region code! If no region code is set (which included even when it is usually DVDs), you can play the world's DVD ...

yes, there are video copies of television. Wanted to be sure that I have no further problems when I look at my code free DVD player.
