had me worried now, premiere pro 7.0 and to discover that there I can not create title animations. It is just the standard types of crawl and roll so far. With premiere pro 1.5 is the same, or do you need for software in general ne others? exlizite what exactly is the difference between the two versions?

Hello,
title animations you can not make synonymous with PPro 1.5. Moreover, you will then need After Effects or similar entertainment.
