Hello,
If we export a previously synchronized File convert the Adobe Media Encoder, then as mpeg, some sequences, again asynchronously, some not.
What is the problem?

What happens if one of the film beginning s.abspielt and then comes up to the aforementioned asynchronous place? Still unsynchronized?
If everything is right there, then there is the s.MPEG and used the player software. Often these MPEG2 with open GOPs are not activating correctly (English: seeking) and then it comes to asynchronicities.
