The best by shooting him against-y mpeg2enc, (mp2enc | toolame) exchanges
and then take a look at one mpeg2enc riskierst.
IMHO bbmpeg is neither fast nor good (qualitative).
If it going to speed, is probably an ffmpeg synonymous
Worth, but still has problems within the
desired bit rate to stay.

Mpeg2 was already said, for example sowas here:
transcode-c-o $ $ f-Q 5.5-J dnr: 4:32:16:30, mask% 3x1: 710x574
-i "movie.mov"-y mpeg2enc, mp2enc-F "8,-r32-I1-q4-N1.0"
-o-w9000 "movie"
Whether you for mpeg1 (F_was_Du_willst) F synonymous with the options
enclose it, I do not know. The syntax is critical, it
is sometimes synonymous F-8, "I1 ..." written - try it.
I work now without transcode if it is directly
s.mpeg2enc feeding can:
lav2yuv-A 4:3 movie.mov | mpeg2enc-q4-f8-b9000-np-F3-I1
