Hello,
Corel Photo Paint supports transparent layers. Place the logo on a transparent background in video frame size. Now save it in a format that supports transparent layers of your video editing program and can be imported. (Where appropriate Area Safety Title note!)
Pinnacle Studio, I know, happily, not from personal experience. ;-) Therefore, only a general description: Set the image file in the timeline of the video image and choose as the alpha channel transparency. Other settings are then not required. Instead of the transparent surface appears the video image.

The problem is that in Pinnacle Studio 8 SE has no alpha-channel function. As had been to other programs such as Adobe Premiere, Ulead Media Studio Pro access.
If you need the with the logo only for a single project, it can even with a demo version of making an appropriate program.
