I hope this is the correct NG for my problem.
Yesterday I used a video and cut it into an mp4 video
created. (MPEG-4 codec, program used: iMovie)
The file (about 50 MB, Resolution240 * 320, 25 FPS, duration 21 minutes)
I then asked this morning to video.google.de uploaded. Since now
6 hours already, the video is in status "Processing".
Is this normal or should I maybe the video re-upload?
(Again, do I upload reluctantly, because I've only DSL1000 and the
Upload lasted almost one hour had)
Are there any faster alternatives? youtube.com has unfortunately a limit of 10
Minutes, the video is about 20 minutes long.
Copyright problems, it can not, because the video privately created
and no music or other copyrighted content
contains.

Is now online, without having what I have done, so it seems normal
to be that it takes.

This is not true. The 10 minutes restriction applies only to accounts,
which no postal address. Accounts, which postal address
indicated that they call themselves Accounts Director and have no
Restrictions in the form anymore.

Good to know. I thought this "Account Director" would be something where
you have to pay money for.
After myvideo.de somehow not compatible with my browser or
my operating system (the upload failed twice), I can
yes but it then try with youtube.com.
