Hi, my son has sonem Aldi multimedia PC respectively.
of a Medion Radeon 9800XL graphics card and plenty of it
Connections, such as video, sound as a cinch in RL.
I've now rumgegoogeld much, but do not come next.
Is it even possible, the video signal that has the line coming in,
represent?
virtual Daub says "no capture driver" or something, divx is
installed. I imagine so that simply
video / sound signal is recorded and stored as an avi.
Is this only with a TV card? If this is so: Why then
a video - In-Input?
The PC has also synonymous a FireWire interface, but the camcorder
synonymous, and our video Casettendeck has just the RCA outputs.
I have now with virtual dub and divx probiert thought it would
all clear, but it is not.
Knows a link where I can get background information?

No, line-in is only for sound.

DivX is only meant that the moving pictures (compressed but
good quality) to get AVI files.

The input is yellow (cinch), in addition to the composite input and it

the've now installed, but I receive of the next virtual dub
error message: host device is not found, then Capture drivers
not installed.
The installation is ok, in "software" is the NVidia
WDM capture driver is displayed.

No wonder when the PC is actually an ATI Radeon card, you use
Drivers of the competition (Nvidia) does not logically.
What you need is the ATI Multimedia Center:

A TV card only has an additional tuner on board, otherwise
it is synonymous for the operating system just another potential source

Yes, a TV card is not there

is a pre-media @ show SE program. It is interesting that in
the menu, the recording button is hidden. The Still Image menu in the
OLH of this program shows 2 recording buttons, one for video,
one for audio. In the actual program is missing at this point but
the button. I therefore have the Medion HL provider, was
already a week ago, but have not been reported. Possibly. fades
the program the buttons, because anything with the
WDM driver installation is not correct? I do not know.

can you look at the multimedia center download. First you have to but
the DAO / MDAC update, and then the DVD Decoder update, both
is a prerequisite for the installation of. The DVD decoder update
requires the installation CD for RADEON graphics card. Unfortunately,
the Aldi PC bundle enclosed CD, on which the drivers are not
recognized this and refused to update itself. I can assure the synonymous
Multimedia Center does not install. Dodgy history ...

The PC part has video inputs, but they are not connected.

Only in video-where it stands is synonymous video in there. I thought synonymous. But
Aldi is not on our PC.
