Almost unbelievable, but already Adobe introduced Firefly a year ago - and at the same time began its commercial entry into generative AI models. According to Adobe, more than 6.5 billion images have been generated with Firefly since then, with the trend pointing to even greater areas of application. The new Structure Reference feature allows users to easily apply the structure of an existing image to newly generated images. You can now use an existing image as a structural reference template and generate multiple image variants with the same layout. And by combining "Structure Reference" with Adobe&s "Style Reference" - another Firefly feature in the Text-to-Image module that applies a style reference image to your prompt - both the structure and style of an image can be "adopted". The combination of these features should provide a new level of creative control and visual quality, which should significantly reduce the number of trial and error attempts. Functions such as structure reference or style reference are not new, but they actually simplify the operation of generative AI applications for everyone. If you look at the current output results from Firefly, you can also see that the quality has once again improved significantly compared to last year. However, the very strict prompting rules due to Adobe&s secure AI regulations remain problematic. Not only brands or personalities, but also numerous other words - which could be understood ambiguously in some contexts - often lead to Firefly refusing to create an image. But perhaps in the future, getting around such prompt problems will be part of the job description of a professional AI worker. In any case, congratulations on a successful one-year anniversary: more infos at bei blog.adobe.com deutsche Version dieser Seite: Adobe führt die neue Funktion "Structure Reference" in Firefly ein |
